In-Year Admissions

You can apply for a place at St Edmund’s at any time outside the standard admissions round whenever space allows. To do so, complete the school’s In-Year Admissions Application Form and return it to the Admissions Department at St Edmund’s. You'll also need to submit a form via your local authority.

• What happens if the school is full? If all places are currently full and more applications are received than places available, the school will apply its published oversubscription criteria (detailed in the 2025/26 Admissions Policy) to decide who gets offered a place. If no space is available, your child will be placed on the waiting list.

  After your application is received, the school will inform you in writing of their decision. If your application is unsuccessful, you have the right to appeal.
