St Edmund's Feast Day

Last Friday Class 6T led us in a beautiful mass to celebrate St Edmund’s feast day. All the children read clearly and confidently and it was a joyous occasion. We were reminded about the life of St Edmund through a drama at the beginning of mass.

Father Jonathan in his homily explained how we could all follow in St Edmund’s footsteps by trying our best in class and in the playground and to put God at the centre of our lives.

Dear St Edmund,

Help us to be the best we can be today.
Guide the staff to help and support us through our journey in school.
Look after our community and be with us always. May we grow through worship and celebration in our family, parish and school.
St Edmund pray for us.
