Welcome to St Edmund’s Catholic Nursery and Primary School. 

Our school and parish have always shared a very special bond, built on faith, care and community. This close relationship helps every child, from ages 3 to 11, grow in both learning and life. Parents consistently value the way our school and parish work hand in hand to create a safe, nurturing and faith-filled environment.

As a Catholic school, St Edmund’s helps children come to know and live the values of the Gospel. For Catholic families, this strengthens the faith nurtured at home and in the parish. For families of other faiths, and of none, it offers a warm, inclusive environment where many say they feel enriched and welcomed.

Staff, governors and pupils strive each day to live out our Catholic ethos. Together with the parish, we ensure that every child is encouraged to develop confidence, kindness and respect, qualities that will serve them throughout their lives.
